Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made directly with Yellow Bells, through our website, or via third-party platforms.

• Yellow Bells reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Reservations & Payments

• All reservations are subject to availability.

• To confirm your booking, partial or full payment may be required depending on the booking channel.

• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM (noon) onwards

• Check-out time: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed, subject to availability and additional charges.

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License) is mandatory at check-in.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Free cancellation or modification is allowed up to 72 hours before check-in.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in may be charged for one night’s stay.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Guest Conduct

• Guests must maintain decorum and avoid causing disturbance to others.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

• Use of illegal substances, loud parties, or unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.

• Any damage to property or amenities will be charged to the guest’s account.

6. Children & Extra Beds

• Children below 5 years stay free with existing bedding.

• Extra beds can be provided on request, subject to availability and additional charges.

7. Pets

• Pets are not allowed unless specified in advance.

8. Liability

• Yellow Bells is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

• Guests are advised to use in-room safes (if available).

• Yellow Bells shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, etc.).

9. Privacy Policy

• Guest information is collected for booking and service purposes only.

• We do not share personal data with third parties, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
